German lawyer fees are strictly regulated according to RVG (the German statutory code regulating lawyers’ fees). RVG lays down the fees an attorney has to charge his or her clients. In other words, an attorney is free to negotiate a higher fee with the client, but the fee cannot be lower than the legal limit stipulated in RVG.

In addition, we offer our clients the option of entering into a consultancy agreement with us that stipulates that we will be continually available to offer consultancy services as needed. We charge a net hourly rate of € 200.00 for these services, based on the actual time spent on your case.
